::Brought my Prius C to be serviced today, left the key 9.45am, asked the staff to leave the car parked just outside the garage and to be picked up by my self 7.30pm after finished my work. No fuss at all, very friendly staff and reception willing to exceed the expectation. The only question was if I bring the spare key with me because they closed 5.30pm. Car was clean, wheel was polished.. Capped price. Very very satisfied.. Thanks Toyota Glebe.

::I'm one of the unhappy customer of Sydney City Toyota (Glebe)! Last late October 2017 I bought a used Landcruiser Prado 2016, with what's on the "Form 5 - Motor Dealer's Notice For Motor Vehicles" displayed when I was viewing with the very low milage and all the features it made me decide to buy it thinking that it's a good deal. But on the day I went back to close the deal the sale person told me that it was not the correct Form 5, the correct one has a quite high milage. After few thoughts I still decided to buy it. When I took it home, that's when me and my wife saw some issues... scratch on the bumper, crack on the passenger rear park light cover, DVD head unit display not working and stopped working after few days, and just recently we noticed that the inner panel of both the passenger doors is not flushed/fitted on the frame properly, my even saw a used panty hose on the seat pocket. After reporting this to the sales agent last year he was quite responsive, but 2018 came and after several messages and calls he responded with some excuses, but until now there's no action! Maybe it's just the used car department that has issues, because the parts and service dept is really good! Am I going to buy a car from them again? I'll think twice and maybe more. I know I should have checked the car and the details thoroughly first before buying, but I trusted them!
