  In late 2009, I engaged John Takacs to paint the outside of my Federation house, plus the loungeroom, main bedroom and bathroom. I’m not a novice painter and I like a professional approach. Out of four other quotes, I certainly picked the right man to do a good, clean job, and I appreciated his advice on colour tones – my previous south coast home was all timber, and the different light makes a big difference to the result. My house looks beautiful, I am totally satisfied, and when the kitchen needs doing, I know who to call.
