  The service I received from initial enquiry to fitment & receipt was fantastic. It was only a small replacement HWS but the job was done quickly, cleanly, professionally & with excellent customer service from Amy in the office & Cody & his offsider on site. I will recommend Tap & Drain Doctor to anyone who will stand still long enough! Will definitely use them again should i need to in the future.

  I have contracted Tap and Drain Doctor NT to many plumbing jobs over the years. Tap and Drain have never been anything but amazing! Super efficient in turnaround time attending to the property and also keeping me up to date with what is going on PLUS also using their initiative whilst onsite in fixing the issue in the most cost effective and resourceful way! :)

  We had a Solar hot water system installed. We found dealing with Tap and Drain doctor to be quiet stressful and frustrating. They didn’t complete the job (the removal of the old gravity system), The valuable party was taken (recycled copper) and the tank was left on the roof. I took several months and a lot of phone calls for them to come and remove the tank. The only leverage I could use was to not settle the account until it had been removed.

  NT Tap & drain had advised us that the whole house needs to be re-plumbed the pipes are that old that they will all need to be replaced. We got a few quotes and NT Tap and drain then agreed to beat the competition. 6 months later we have a leak, Deceitfully in the fine print of his quote Cold piping was mentioned. Although every discussion we had was that the WHOLE house will be fixed we will have ALL new pipes and no concerns of leaking for 30-50 years. Initially they agreed to amend the issue - now has gone back on his word and cancelled the fix appointment 1 business day prior, I took 2 days off work to be here for the agreed repairs to take place. I have given the owner, Richard many opportunities to speak with us, and to come up with a solution, unfortunately, he has stated that "unless someone makes me" I wont fix it. his arrogance and poor business acumen is going to force us to take him to the tribunal for basically what is a small repair job. Very sad, and totally unprofessional.
