  I have been here for the tax back, there was a girl serviced me and I asked about the fee of the service and was 118$. So, I started with them by giving everything about, but not the bank account details. after 2 months of my tax back, just I asked the ATO and told me exactly my refund gave to them, the fee totally was 430 $.(WHAT?) Probably they have changed the terms in the time when I didn't give to them my bank details and I have know their fees is 9% of the totally refund. At the end I can say was a orribile and dishonest service for the customer. Better make it alone or go in another professional agency. PLEASE DONT GO THERE
