  Grace was fantastic to work with. As a recruiter she maintained a highly professional demeanour and was always very friendly, and found me great roles to interview for. Grace was quick to understand the kind of role I was looking for, quick to pick up on my needs, recognising my strengths and putting me forward for exactly the right jobs. She was always there to help throughout the process. Kept in constant contact, she had a real knack of making me feel as though I would get the absolute best. I could not recommend Grace more highly.   Beware of this agency! They sounded good and I believed they would be but...not so. After completing the mountains of paperwork, credentialising, checks, ridiculous online modules and signing up for a long distance placement it all went wrong. 4 working days before I was de to fly out to WA they told me out of the blue that the health organisation in WA would not be paying my fare from Sydney and asking me what I'd like to do about it? I am a mature, hugely experienced and skilled mental health practitioner and have NEVER been asked to pay my own airfares to any locum assignment I have ever done. Turns out that AnneMarie at this agency had not sorted out these important details at the outset of her brief from the client!? They didn't like it when I complained about their overlooking such an important step BEFORE recruiting senior staff and the owner of the agency rang me after I requested a rely to a written complaint...behaved in a disrespectful, screaming, out-of-control, unprofessional young woman. A bunch of amateurs.
