  Went in store on my lunch break to upgrade to a promo which is currently being advertised. They (very nice employee via Store Manager) advised me it ended 2 days ago. I showed them how I could apply for it online, manager let me know that it is for new customers only. I then showed her how it was letting me proceed with my current Telstra log in details/phone number and she told me to do it online, refusing to do it in store. This now means I have to wait for the new handset to be posted to me, and post my old handset back, rather than just do it all in store.

  Went in with a half hour to spare to change my contract to byo from a contract on the final day of the contract. 15-20 minutes to get service, only to discover that they can't do it in the remaining time. I could buy a car in less time than here. The slow service will cost me money as I continue to be billed for a phone that is now entirely paid off. After this, I'm going back to optus.

  0/10 Staff avoided me when I walked in, and that was the last time they acknowledged my existence. As bad as these reviews suggest.

  Went in to upgrade a phone on the premise that I was told a week ago by Telstra I would be able to do it on the day, I was told I had to wait another 2 days until i could upgrade it and there was nothing i could do. Asked if the lady could then possibly ring Telstra and see what the confusion was and she didn't even attempt to do anything, argued the point and then refused to ring them. I rang them as I left the store and they arranged the phone to be sent out to my workplace as I had taken the day off to sort it all out. Should have followed the previous reviews that had been posted about this store as they seem to pretty spot on to me.

  I'm usually one to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to reviews, as this place only has a 1.7 star rating, but the rating didn't lie. I've never been spoken to so rudely and without any effort to try and lead me in the right direction. These guys really need to pick up their act if they want returning customers.
