  Do not go there, I had my new car there for a wash, and they left scratches and marks after it. Be careful of this business.

  Poor customer service. I had to pay for parking ($5). I didn't get a phone call when it was done as expected. I had specifically asked to clean some scum off the window and I was told it could be done and this was not cleaned on my return. No explanation or clarification was given.

  Completely unreliable and have no interest in being helpful. Booked in specific time online and also rang to confirm that it would be okay which they said it would be fine. I turned up 10 minutes before the time and waited half an hour, whilst calling at least 6 times wondering where anyone was. No one came and no one picked up the phone. Total waste of my time. Also asked if I could drop the car off to be washed and picked up later, apparently this was too difficult despite it being located IN A CAR PARK. Useless.

  So far they haven’t gotten 1 stars. I bought 2 vouchers from Scoopon for their services and haven’t been able to make a booking - just a mailbox and unable to leave a message . I have been ringing on and off since Sept .my vouchers expire at end of December and I will not have had a chance to use them because I CANT MAKE A BOOKING THROUGH PHONE OR EMAIL . . I have contacted Scoopon over a week ago and they said twice that I would be contacted by the company for a booking . It has not happened - and no missed calls . Utter frustration . Not impressed by “ service “ or honesty .

  Guys are very friendly. Exceptional work. Very reasonable price. Post cleaning you are asked to check before paying them. I have been giving my car for cleaning in other places and have never been fully satisfied. These guys did a tremendous job. Will be going again. 10 stars.
