  I really loved doing my Purification! here and would want others to get similar gains to mine. The staff looked after me very well. It is the little things which really make the service pleasurable. I work outside in construction and I ran out alot of radiation accumulation from my body. Lots of tiredness and also drug effects were easily recognizable as the flushed from my system..Even my eyes and hair color came back! After about two weeks the tiredness went and my energy and stamina really soared, I been feeling 15 years younger.since and I finished after about 30 days.IT was fun met some great people on the program also It has been rewarding , like an investment in my self health and well being. Radiation, drugs and toxins GONE I totally recommend it.for anyone! Bart Nettle

  I would describe the Purification Rundown as a 'hardcore' detox - an experience that leaves you with no doubt that you have been thoroughly cleaned out. It is not always a 'comfortable' experience but the Purif in-charges know the program and all its aspects inside out. They are very reassuring as you're going through the tougher times on it and are always ready to help with any little thing. Before I did the program I didn't realise how stuck I was emotionally. As I progressed my emotions freed up and I could be happier much more easily. Also my ability to think improved and I no longer have dull, foggy moments. Additionally I can get a lot more done in much less time and without going through wasted minutes or hours of procrastination first! I thought I was doing pretty well before the Purif, but now, look out Superwoman - I'm on your heels!

  I attended the Clear Body and Mind Centre a few months ago, I expected to have excellent results because of how detailed and well researched the programme is and how well trained the staff are, but the benefits exceeded expectation. This is by a mile the most effective detox programme I have ever found. The facilities are top class, there are running machines (or a biking machine if you prefer that form of fitness to get your blood pumping!) and two saunas which are kept very clean. The womens toilets (can't speak for the mens!) provided a lot of space for storage and there were plenty of towels free to use. I would say remember to keep really hydrated while you are there and for the rest of your day as well, it's amazing how much water your body needs in order to flush out everything that is stored in you! This is different to many detox programmes because of a few things, 1) there is no requirement to change your diet dramatically, it is just recommended that you add lots of vegetables to your current diet (to be honest you actually stop wanting those foods with chemicals in them anyway, which is pretty cool) 2) the only thing you use to get rid of the toxins in your body are natural vitamins, so you aren't adding in any nasties 3) The staff are trained to understand ALL sorts of things that will happen while you are there (both physically and emotionally) so you feel comfortable that whatever is happening won't happen for long and they are there to support you, which I found most helpful! Even months after the programme I still feel so much more alert and toxic free and my skin is still really clear. To sum it up, I wanted my body and mind to be free of toxins and radiation and this was by a mile the best course I could possibly have done. Thanks so much!

  I highly recommend not only the service (The Purification Program) but the staff and atmosphere of the building in doing this program to rid yourself of toxins, drugs, impurities and residues from your body!!! You know you're being taken care of by the Program In-Charge(s) because they keep in communication with you hourly as you progress through the program itself and handle any thing that you need to successfully make it through to a completion of this amazing program. The Technical lines are spot on and know their business, as they should, but that's to be expected when being serviced by an Ideal Church of Scientology. I felt in safe hands and got better than expected results from the program despite having done two Purifs before hand. The vitamins, especially the niacin, seem to dig deeper than anything I'd taken before and really puts this program head and shoulders above any earlier one.

  My experience with the Clear Body Clear mind program was truly an adventurous roller coaster which released a lot of accumulated toxins and left over residue from drugs and alcohol I had taken previously. Upon completing the Clear body clear mind program I feel Revitalised, Refreshed and renewed, a new clean motivation towards life that I had not felt previously along with a lot of new found energy. I highly recommend this Program to anyone and everyone who becomes aware of it and the results it can bring. Matt Fagan.
