  I didn't have the pleasure of staying the night here but I was looking for directions and the staff were very accommodating. This place is right on the lake and there is a footpath right on the water which goes all the way around the lake. The main drag of Warner's bay (aka the Esplanade) with all the cafes and restaurants is just around the corner but there is a tipenyaki restaurant in the motel that is good food and alot of fun.

  Very nice rooms and facilities, beds extremely comfortable. Went for a lovely 1km walk to the local cafe's along the water. Travelled with 4 children and all slept through :)

  Rooms large and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept well. The view of the lake from the balcony was lovely. Yes the outside could do with a spruce up but staff and rooms made up for that. Only downside was the smokers, couldn't sit on the balcony. But overall excellent value for money.

  Great hidden gem on the foreshore at warners bay. Very clean and comfortable. Great staff nothing is a problem

  Giving this property 5* as it's clean, quiet, well managed, looked after and great value for money in the area. Good wifi. Stayed with family first week in Jan'18. Best is to contact the motel directly for better deal / flexibility
