  Great weekend chill spot with friends. Nice to sit back and drink a coffee with a good view and a nice windy breeze. Coffee quality can vary but decent beans are used. The Milkshakes are to die for.

  I used to be regular there, before I had kids. Went back for first time this morning, at 10:30 - a steady stream of customers. Cool Spot is best lnown for cool beverages, snacks, meals, coffee, cakes, and ice-cream. While the Menu is not large, it has quite a variety, including Vego, plus daily specials - so, I am sure that everyone is catered for. Not inexpensive, but not overpriced, either. Food is very tasty. There is seating outside (with fans), and inside (air-con). The floor is split-level, and only the lowest level, inside, is wheelchair-accessible - about six tables, with ready access to the Cashier. If you've been for a swim at nearby Lake Alexander, or a walk on the beach, Cool Spot is a great venue to chill. Prominently located on a very busy bend in a main road, there is plenty of parking in Keith Place, or in Fannie Bay Place, including a few Blue Squares. Highly recommended.

  Nice food, a little pricy but excellent ice cream and a nice place to go and relax a little on a hot day. A stones throw away from ocean and nature park with a cooling sea breeze. Has the draw back off a major road along the front of it.

  Great location. Good aircon. Quick service. Good parking. Hot chocolate was good too.
