  Katrina (and her staff) @ the Fix Program are the best! I've been going to Fix for the past 5 years+ due to a serious back injury and operation, and after seeing many physios and doing similar classes like Fix, I can really say that nothing compares. Katrina is fun, caring and attentive to everyone's needs/injury during every class, and the specialised pilate and yoga program where every week is different and builds on the foundation we've learned from previous weeks. The program has helped me so much with building my core strength which has helped me to go back to work / sit in an office on a full time basis post injury! Most people in the class have been going for years longer than I have. Colleagues/friends who I referred to Fix for back issues continue to go because of how much it helps with dealing with back pain etc. Can't thank you enough, Katrina!

  Just done another fix class. Great workout that really focuses on the point of the exercise(s). Katrina (and her staff) know what they are doing and more importantly how to do it. Each person is always given personal guidance. Highly recommended.

  The first class I attended at The Fix Program will be one I shall never forget. With my brand new knee replacements and having only recently acquired my "Seniors Card" I felt sure as I lined up in front of my trainer I had definitely bitten off more than I could chew. Now some two years on I am a "new" person. Never in my life have I ever felt so well...I have flexibility and strength I never dreamed of owning, and yes, I am pain free! Please know this did not happen overnight, my highly experienced trainer Katrina is a remarkable young woman who is dedicated to the program. Before we launch into our exercises all is explained and demonstrated. Each week we work on a different set of exercises which we are taken through in detail, the classes are small insuring that each of us is watched and coached individually no one is ever left working on their own. One of the girls in my class commented recently "it was like having your own personal trainer and yet still train as part of a group". As my husband and I travel extensively the opportunity of being able to make up classes for those I've missed is much appreciated. It is with pleasure that I recommend the Program, I can promise, should you choose to join us, there will be no regrets. Debra Brown

  Thanks Fix Program for helping me recover from my pregnancy and birthing issues. I am so happy to be feeling back to normal and have my total core strength back after having 3 babies. I can't recommend you guys highly enough to all women looking to get back in shape after childbirth or for women who simply want to be fit for life. Thanks so much. Jackie
