  The work this shop produces is second to none and my family has patronised this store extensively over the years. Staff are capable, creative, efficient and kind. The older woman, presumably the owner, is, generally an univiting soul and mostly impolite, but her staff, whom I almost always deal with more than make up for her inadequacies. That does not, however, excuse her contemptous behaviour this morning. Despite her disgraceful performance, I still give the store and other staff 5 stars. I wish you well in the future.

  Ordered flowers today for someone special and the recipient was blown away... When i received a VERY joyful thank you phone call and saw a picture of what the staff had created i was blown away myself. Really impressed as a first time customer and will definitely return! Thanks

  I have just received a note from my niece thanking me for "the most beautiful flowers I have ever received" so in turn thank you to the team. The Floral Decorator is an independent artisan florist that takes pride in the work they do. I highly recommend them.
