::Needed a fridge ASAP couldn’t order and pay over the phone the girl sarcastically informed me that it’s been that way for over three years. In a nutshell the store lost a fridge sale because they were inflexible in the way they do business. If it was my store I would certainly do business over the phone. Rang fridge and washer city Morley and purchased a fridge and it was delivered the same day. I wouldn’t bother using this store in the future. My review is based on my experience only and is not intended to deliberately deter other customers I wanted something now and they couldn’t do it so I went somewhere else their loss someone else’s gain.

::Bought a printer from here and it started playing up within warranty. It took over the 6 weeks they say they might need to check it and assess it for repairs (by a few days) and the temporary printer they had offered me was so old it didnt even have duplex. I had bought the large inks and left them in the printer when I took it back to them. The inks (which are expensive) were full but not recognised by the printer. They said they would send the printer back with new inks and they did but they sent it back with the smallest size inks you can buy. When I went to pick it up they couldn't find the printer in the store. The reason I am giving three stars and not two is because of the great service of one of the staff members who actually took the time to find the printer in the store and who personally took it upon herself to deliver it to my office on her way home from work. This kind of service is rare and much appreciated. That said, I would think twice about buying a printer from this business again.

::Long story short after we had our fridge delievered and the experience was less than desirable. My husband spoke to Josh and myself when I went in store for my extra $19 i paid for the supreme delivery and a instore credit of $50. When I came in I was surprised to be given both as refunds, I was not expecting this and was very thankful. Josh was very helpful, understanding and truly exemplified customer service. Thank you Josh for caring and actually listening to your customers. Will definitely be coming back because of you.

::Went to Belmont store today and left without purchasing what I wanted. Stood around for fifteen to twenty minutes whilst the guy at the refrigeration section just looked at me. He had no direct customers and all he done was call for back up which never came and still he just stood at his counter some five to ten metres from me.Generally every other time this is a good store but today was below standard.I suppose the item I wanted to buy was not expensive enough.
