  We were very disappointed with the Apartment we had. There were no airconditioners in the bedrooms(not good in the 35 degree days) - the main bedroom had quite a few sections of the vertical blinds missing - so bad we had to put a blanket up to help keep out the early morning light. There was a rubber band and hair tie which must have been to hold a section of the blind up. The number in the information book was disconnected so I had to google to get the correct number. No toilet paper at all, the clock radio was broken - it didn't show the numbers on the dial at all. The outdoor setting was rusted so you couldn't sit on the chairs!! To top it off - checkout is 10am and at 9.50am housekeeping was knocking on our door to come in. Considering the extra we had to pay with it being March - we were not happy at all. Location is great though

  No onsite reception- retrieve key from lock box using emailed code. Well maintained property. Parking can be an issue. Good location to restaurants, and medical precinct.

  good for emergency accomodation but pretty bad for anything over 2 weeks. Probably only 2 star quality

  I stayed in a studio apartment, which is larger than most and well fitted out with dishwasher, washer/dryer, couch, dining setting for 2, tv/dvd, balcony with table and 2 chairs. The furnishings and color scheme are quite outdated, but everything is clean and functional. I think this place offers excellent value - and I'll be sure to stay again. Pros: Location, comfortable, great value, well fitted out, balcony, washer/dryer Cons: Location (can be noisy on weekends), aircon smells a bit musty when running, thin walls.
