  I love training at Bomo gym. It is easy convenient and the staff are fantastic, especially my PT Ivan!. I had major back surgery after a horrific triathlon accident and my surgeon said that the training I did with Ivan was what has not only kept me walking but running and cycling again!!. Whether you need a PT for motivation, weight loss, body building or medical reasons or you would rather meet up with a friendly group to regularly train with to the fun of Les Mills classes or even a game of squash with your mates, then this is the 24 hour gym you have been looking for. Best thing is it caters for ALL ages and ALL fitness levels. Everyone is welcome. Come in and say Hi!!

  Nice being 24 hours! The gym membership covers my 2 nights of squash fees to be in the comp which is great and the staff are excellent! The equipment is great in variety. Right on "The Gym at Bomaderry" you have me workn' out like a champ!

  A nice little local gym. Good equipment and conditions. Ease of 24hr access. Owned and run by a great guy as well.
