  Went in to this store at Mile End today and wanted to try a demo 7 iron and was told "you can't hit the club unless your going to buy it and have a fitting". Absolutely ridiculous! How the heck do I know if I want to buy the club if I can't hit it!!! Will never be going to this store again. I was also in the store for about 10 minutes before that incident and nobody even asked if I was ok or was I trying to find anything in particular. Went to Drummond Golf just beforehand and was allowed to test many clubs without question.

  A great team of people that really know golf products. I've made many purchases over the years. They are only to happy to help adjust or fix something when you feel its not quite fitting. They're always prepared to price match & the location is easy to access.

  We had a fantastic experience. Both the staff were more than helpful especially the "young one " . Our intention was to buy a set of sticks for just me but because they were so good at their job my husband bought a driver as well. Since coming home we have discovered 2 others who were fully satified with their service at our own club.

  Shocking customer service to the point of being insulting to me as a customer. Cost themselves money and now reputation. Better of goign to Drummond down the road.
