    Great relaxed environment. Integrated the old and new well so that you can relax on the grass courtyard

    It's an old building, there's not much more to say as there is simply nothing particularly interesting about it unless you are interested in its history. It's used for functions and does the job just fine with the grateful inclusion of air conditioning. Whatever historical relevance it has is lost on me as I simply don't care and I'm sure a better building could and probably should replace it someday.
