  Was simply not happy, staff were rude, we had to ring reception for them to turn on our hot water system and wait anywhere up to 20 minutes while running cold water. Simply not a pleasant place to stay. On top of this you have to pay $30 A DAY/NIGHT for the parking facility!!

  Stayed here a while back. Pretty gross, had a room where nothing seemed to work. (TV and aircon was busted,) and there was just this funky smell lingering throughout the room. 2/5? I could smoke out the window which justifies the 2 stars. (y)

  Old dark dirty dindgy needs makeover nothing new about it carpark very tight

  Very rude staff, no greeting, very unfriendly and felt so put off from the beginning. The room was very dilapidated, and the "river view" was blocked by big tree. We were told we get our bond back after few working days but since now we still haven't received the one. Would highly NOT recommend it!

  We stayed a couple of weeks ago and were disappointed when we saw the room, they don't look like the photo's advertised. There was rubbish still left down beside the bed and we found food left in the bathroom! There was two thin sheets for the bed and the heating average. The water in bathroom was scalding hot also. We got told for parking to pay through them ($30) instead of paying Wilson parking, thankfully we checked out the cost in the Wilson machine and it was only $21! Such a shame really as the hotel is in such a good location and if they spent a little bit of time and money updating the rooms and cleaning it wouldn't be a bad place to stay.
