  Great service and amazing staff. They did my manicure in express time. A bit expensive ($35 just for a manicure), but totally worth it.

  The Parlour is a charmingly-decorated salon. I had a wax & a pedicure with Tamara. She’s exceptional: professional, caring and a great conversationalist! I am very pleased with the results and will definitely be returning ☺️

  Really disappointed with my experience here. Though the lady doing the wax was lovely, I have never had such a bad reaction to a wax in my life. I noticed after I left the salon my skin was quite sore so I was quite careful to follow my usual aftercare so to not further irritate the area as I was heading to a pool event on the weekend. Unfortunately, I woke up in the middle of the night because the skin was unbelievably painful. I turned the light on the see very red, swollen and spotty skin. I quickly went out and bought an antiseptic cream the next day, but not before needing a heroic dose of Panadol to get to sleep. I was quite honestly terrified of what was happening to my skin so I called the spa hoping for some assistance. I was told to put aloe vera on the area to soothe. While I'm grateful for some kind of assistance, it wasn't as simple as a sunburn. The lady on the phone then asked me to email in a photo so she could properly suggest options. I did so and have yet to receive a response over two weeks later. I couldn't attend the pool event (obviously) and by the time my skin finally calmed down (with the use of savlon, panadol and just about every anti-inflammatory under the sun) the hairs were already growing back. Really disappointed.
