  We have boarded our pets (cat and dog) with The Pets Hotel a few times over recent years and always feel confident about the level of care and attention they receive during their stay. The staff inform us about how our pets went during their stay and you can tell they've taken the time to get to know them and get to know their personality.

  Polly had her first visit.. lovely staff.. very professional. Nice little rooms for them to stay in and watch whats happening. Felt very safe leaving my much loved little girl there. highly recommend

  Amazing. One of the very few pet boarding facilities in Australia I’d be happy to send my Malamutes to - sure it can be a little pricey but it’s reasonable compared to what’s out there for your furry family members (trust me there’s worse out there for less quality). Despite living interstate I’ve had to leave my pups here several times, whether it was for the evening, the weekend or over a week and never had any issues, was constantly updated and the dogs always came home happy (and smelling so clean!!). The reception staff are lovely, very friendly and it’s clear everyone who works there truly loves and cares for eat pet that comes through their doors. I’ll begin to travel overseas again in the coming months and will be taking my dogs from Adelaide to stay with these guys because I know they’ll be looked after and well cared for! Thank you again for the love and hospitality towards my Malamutes, they loved staying with you and we look forward to seeing you again soon. :-)

  The staff are lovely and caring, they have always loved looking after our dog, and keep us updated if he is not eating or fretting. They provide extra care and attention in this case and try different strategies and monitor his weight. They are great with communicating and our dog has always come back to us happy and healthy. They aren’t the cheapest kennel If you’re looking for a bargain, but I have peace of mind knowing my dog is happy and being well looked after.

  I was very happy with the service I received from the Pets Hotel. One of my dogs became sick after 2 days, and the staff acted promptly in getting him to a vet and arranging treatment. We were kept informed about how our dog was and what treatment had been prescribed by the vet. It was also a surprise that the vet bill for all of his treatment was very reasonable. I will definitely use the Pets Hotel again.
