  Scott and Sam from this office are very rude property managers, I’ve have so many problems while vacating my property. I’ve been hung up on, not called back and there trying to take all of my bond unaccounted for. I moved into the house in a bad state and this real estate did nothing, they don’t answer there phones for numerous rings

  I wish i had never dealt with this company, the agent lost complete interests in my property, opened it when everyone had gone home, chose the wrong time for inspections, above all failed to conduct a proper inspection after the tenant had left, hence did not clean the property to rental standard. when an applicant was in the ray white office the agent did not take a holding deposit (it was the only tenant applying after 2 months on the market for rental) as soon as i changed agent my property miraculously was rented. this really shows that when one wants one can. Raywhite was absolutely USELESS cannot say that enough USELESS!!! Thats right a really drama in waiting for anyone to use the rental service of this agent. Look elsewhere think again.

  Bought my property from David Goldzweig from Ray White Surfers Paradise, the process was so easy! This was my first home and i was quite anxious with everything. David guided me through the entire process and kept me informed with phone calls all the time. I would definitely recommend David for any of your property needs! Thanks again David, fantastic job!

  Claidio Galante has just secured tenants in my investment property in Jimboomba. Throughout the process Claudio's communication and progress updates via all channels were exceptional and really worked well for me. I felt very close to the proceedings all the way here from Sydney. I know my property is in good hands with RWSP.
