  Great facilities, attentive well presented staff and awesome selection of food and drinks with multiple bars to choose from....but $20 to access the roof top bar? No thanks...however as we mumbled about the entry price the bar staff willingly offered the 4 of us access for a 'sly 50 his way' which I found most unprofessional, benefiting his pocket to access upstairs? No thanks! We left. Maybe back next time but will avoid the rooftop and enjoy our drinks and entertainment on the lower levels. Cheers

  Level 19 at the restaurant and bar amazing!! You can watch 15 Chefs cook your food THE BEST steak I have ever eaten, melt in your mouth. Over the top service which makes you feel special. I want to go back there.

  Awesome experience. Although it’s not a big site compare to most casino over the world however it is better than most I’ve ever been (Vegas, Macau and California) Fantastic venue & Location!! Every staff was friendly and deliver excellent customer service. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. The worst part of my stay was having to be leave this paradise. I can’t fault this place and the service one bit! Highly recommend!!!

  Such a nice place. There are a few inviting bars and great restaurants. You will see / meet a variety of people. There are TWO things I complain about every time I'm there. First: they have no dress code in place... I don't have to explain further the outcome of this. Second: there is not enough staff behind the bars. Therefore you are lining up forever. Other than that I really like it there. ☺

  Love this place, even more since a recent makeover. It now feels like a high end and stylish place to bet, drink, dine and relax. Loads of parking available, great choice of bars and eateries. The new rooftop bar with amazing views over the Gold Coast is definitely a place to be seen. Only letdown for me was the all-you-can-eat evening buffet - the choice and quality compared to recent similar experiences was not upto par at all.
