Very good hotel, but one of the receptionist in the front desk was so rude! She woke us up at 11:30 and rush us to check-out immediately and we did rush because of her! We were so tired before we checked-in because they had us waiting up to 3pm while we arrived 11am. It's fine to rush us because we know that it would be a hassle for the house keeping if we would check-out late, but the recetionist voice was in a tune that no one would ever want to hear when they wake up in this hotel. Besides we came in late and they should give us consideration to rest and stay a little longer. Over all, everything is good especially the food, the rooms and the room service. Checked-in 10/04/18 Checked-out 11/04/18

The hotel location is very convienience access to all activities around Sydney. Walking distance to the Circular Quay and very close to Hyde Park and St Marry Cathedral. The hotel also very easy access to and from Sydney Airport. If you want to do shopping, just walk through Hyde Park you will get to Pitt Street mall and Martin Place. Hotel staff are extreamly helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and the deluxe Harbour view will give you the the best view over the Harbour bridge and Opera House. Good hotel to stay with.

We really loved our stay, from the moment we arrived we were greeted with friendly helpful staff at the front desk. Our room had a terrific view over the parks and on to the harbour. The room was also very neat and clean. In summary, great staff, very comfortable room, excellent view and it was also very good value.

Good size room for our family of four. No nonsense check in and access to room was simple. Good parking in the basement, but the spots are a little tight, a large vehicle will struggle to fit. The parking price is fair though. I was impressed with the Buffet Breakfast, and kids are for free (nice!) Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Had a double, double. Room was a good size. A/C unit Whisper quiet. For Christmas Season it was value for money.. $25 Parking fee. Long term staff could be more encouraging to the staff training.
