  First of all, employees are all rude & careless and just sit there using their phones. Secondly, I went to get a new set and my nail snapped within the first hour and I only took my shoe off. I went back to get it fixed and she said to me that I’d have to pay for it when it wasn’t my fault basically blaming me when I’ve had medium length nails before and they didn’t break. When she fixed it she carelessly put my nail on and now it’s crooked and going to a different direction. Most definitely would not recommend this place. Not going back ever again.

  Terrible customer service. I was ignored the whole time whilst getting my nails done and the girls were talking in another language to one another the whole time in front of me. The woman doing my nails got up and left the shop without saying anything to me. I was not sure whether to wait or remain seated as my nails did not look finished. She never came back. My nails were in terrible condition, with polish smeared and lumpy. Really disappointed. Overpriced and impolite, not worth it.

  Poor service, and unhygienic. I believe they reuse nail files and scrub brushes without proper sanitation. It is also the first time I developed a fungal infection after a salon visit. I wished I listened to the other reviewers here.

  Terrible service. Made a booking that morning and was seated, then ignored for 20 minutes after arriving on time. Despite trying to get attention to ask how long, they continued to seat walk-ins until they were very busy. Watched another woman walk out half way through her treatment after many queries about her poor service. Eventually after walking up to a woman to ask if I should leave , she looked at me and spoke in another language to another woman and walked off.

  I got a nail infection here. My nail has now fallen off. Service was very ordinary. Don't waste ur money!
