  This review is in relation to a property I viewed at 122 Worongary Road, Worongary and a follow up call to one of the two agents dealing with the sale, Glenn Farah. The property has been on the market since July 2017 with zero offers in writing. I put forward an opening offer of $1,000,000 for the property and followed up with a phone call to enquire if the expected offer coming in over the weekend had in fact been forthcoming. The agent spun a yarn about how old the potential buyers were and said they had dropped away. The agent then surprised me by suggesting they did in fact have an offer at $1.1M and that it had been rejected by his friend, the owner - odd since he just said they dropped out - must have been someone else I thought?? I would also have thought the agent would have contacted me to ask if I wanted to put forward an increase?? My follow up call was also to discuss my conversation with town planning, and that in fact the property could not be strata titled as suggested by the agent. This would have an effect on my offer moving forward. I was then torn down by the suggestion that it could not be strata titled and then subjected to abuse about wasting any more of his (the agent, Glenn Farah's) time. I refused to take the abuse on the phone and hung up. I then received a text message from the agent (see screenshot below) telling me he did not want to do business with me and that "You won't be buying the property because you can't afford it. Go waste someone elses time, GF". Since I own a handful of investment properties plus in terms of size, this house was a downsize for me I could went back with a nasty response, but I thought I would let everyone else know by writing this review of the Tony V Real business. Glenn Farah is unprofessional and has no integrity whatsoever as an agent. Purchasing (and selling) a property is stressful enough - no-one should be treated like this - avoid this agency!!
