  You are paying for the location. If you get a room on the main road you have high traffic day and night, transformers about 20m away that have a high pitched buzz 24/7, and a judo training place about 100m away that goes early till late so you will hear buff buff buff all day even with doors/windows closed. Expect a cheap, rundown little motel, with stairs, peeling paint, faulty plugs, etc and you won't be disappointed. They manager and cleaners are lovely people. It's worth the money for begin within a short walk to so many places.

  Comfy and clean, with great facilities and excellent WiFi. Great location is a bonus.

  A place to rest your head at night and cook a small meal if you need to. Clean, small tv, nice beds. Great central location. Close to rail, buses, river taxi, and shopping centre. Nice Thai food close by (the green paw paw). Simple, cheap and good location.
