  It took multiple phone call to get the service department to advise on the exact paint code of my car. I then bought the corresponding paint and started touching up small scratches, only to notice that the colour was way darker than my car's. Supercheap Auto (not Mitsubishi!) was able to advise on the correct code. When I called Mitsubishi Toowong to discuss this misinformation and to find a solution, the staff memeber in the service department hung up on me and left the office. Other staff member wouldn't/couldn't advise and that was it. Avoid Mitsubishi Toowong at any cost!

  Awesome car yard. Ken was very good with communication and everything was made easy by the whole dealership. Will definitely recommend these guys.

  Worst experience with a car dealership i have ever had. Once I had met with them to go through what car I wanted they were very slow at returning calls and emails bouncing between the finance to the sales rep. It wasn't until I told them that i was going elsewhere due to the 7+ day delays in returning multiple calls that they miraculously sent through all finance details (within 10 minutes). Then on the morning of the day i was picking up my new car, they call to tell me that they have only just completed my trade in checks and it won't be as much as we had first discussed (a month earlier). If it was checked within the few days after the discussion it would not have been such a problem. Slow and unprofessional. Will never recommend them to anyone, even just for a counter quote.

  The best customer service by Ken. Much appreciated for your time Ken ..felt like VIPs and we had our red beauty with us...Right now loving its ride and you guys concern about my car and its care( here i can say, there service isn't about to sell their cars, the service is about to look after the cars after got sold)..highly recommended to anyone who is keen to own brand new with VIP feeling....thanks everyone at Toowong MITSUBISHI......😊😊😊😊😊😊
