  Keep all receipts and accurate record of conversations and dates. Christos successfully removed water stains by another cleaner working in situ - excellent result, only to replace them with much worse! He stored my curtains away while still wet and returned to me mouldy and irreparable. He denied everything to Fair Trading who have no power to enforce anything!. He told me he was not interested in my complaint because I don't use dry cleaning often since I retired - disgraceful. However, he ignored the fact that I tell other people of this expensive experience (new replacement $1700) and know of some who no longer use Top Cat because of my experience. Shameful business practice. Unfortunately there is no ability to give Zero stars for appalling customer service Response to your reply: my consent was for the removal of a few pale yellow water marks. I did not give consent to acceptance of vile thick mould marks of many colours across the curtains. I accepted that you may not be able to remove a few watermarks. I DID NOT ACCEPT that the curtains would be returned in MUCH WORSE condition! Not Acceptable!

  I'm a regular customer, normally getting shirts washed and pressed, but also get suits, dresses and delicate pieces dry-cleaned, I always get good service, good results and reasonable prices. Can't fault the place. Automated pick-up/drop-off and online tracking is a bonus.

  I've been using top cat to clean my suits somewhat regularly over the last couple of months and have always been impressived. The staff are always polite and courteous.

  If you want to get your wedding dress dry cleaned, be prepare to wait for a long time. They keep promise that it will be ready soon. I ended up waiting for 6 months. This place is unbelievable.

  In general the staff are lovely but the owner/manager has always been aggressive and rude. This was exemplified when I took back 2 suits where they didn't clean them properly. When I went back the staff allowed me to get them re-done complementary as they hadn't informed me that they didn't clean them before I took them home. However the owner said that I would have to pay more and made it out to be my fault that I hadn't brought them in in time and that I was lying about when I had dirtied the suits. He made what is meant to be a simple process extremely uncomfortable and as a result of him I would never go back/ever recommend anyone to go to them again.
