::I am an RN/ Remote area nurse with 35 years of experience assessing and treating people to the best of my ability. Attending a Dr is something that I don't usually do. Sadly I was confronted by a "doctor " from University de Kellogg Who had neither interpersonal nor examination skills. Thank goodness I went to Cavanagh Medical Center and saw someone with skill Have now been tested, treated and validated. The staff at top end health were mostly incompetent and rude.

::This "practice" is grossly negligent in every way possible!!! There is no care or service expected from a Doctor's office!! Dr Sangeeta is the ONLY doctor who actuly cares there!! DR "T" is absoloutly desgraceful treating me like some kind of drug addict wasting his time by being there!! He should NOT be allowed to practice!! I honestly cannot believe this place is still open considering the sheer rudeness and negligence of all receptionists, nurses and so called "doctors"!! Someone needs to shut this place down and throw those useless "doctors" out the door back to where ever they got their joke of a doctorate from!! You all make a mockery of the "Art of healing" This place is a joke!! Sangeeta should be running that place!! Obviously someone with more money than sense is currently!! Disgusted!!!! Even Casuarina Dr's are a joke!! Waste of time giving me prescriptions for something I can get over the counter!! NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!!!! Just get the brush off...go to the hospital!! Yeah right...don't feel like dying today thanks!!!

::This is the BEST GP practice I have been to. All the Doctors are very nice and helpful. I am a big fan of Dr. T, Dr. Sheryl Silva and Dr Reddy. I take all my family to Top End Medical for all their health issues.

::Dr. Silva is exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. As for the rest of the staff? Keep your expectations low ... very low. Their mood seems to determine the quality of service you'll receive. If you're reading this Top End Medical staff ... pick up your game and leave your personal stuff at the door when you come in to work; or take the day off so you don't rubbish on people who are already having a rough time of it (sick). If Dr. Silva wasn't there you'd have one less patient.

::I have found the receptionists, the Nurses and mostly my Doctor Neda is absolutely lovely. She wants to take care of you and leaves nothing out. She always has a lot of time for me. Highly recommend this practice.,
