  I have been servicing my car here for almost 5 yrs. I have always experienced excellent customer service, if I book in advance there has always been a free loan car for me to use and have found the overall experience of getting my car serviced to be a breeze. Also thank you to Ashlee for the great follow up ensuring everything was great. I would recommend Total Nissan to anyone.

  I was dropping off my dad's car for a service and the sales man told me it was due for 60,000 ks and would cost $735 (which he had written above the crossed out $715). I asked him if that was the service my dad had asked for and he said it definitely was and just kept pushing for me to sign the paper. As I had thought my dad had asked for a 50,000 k service I msgd my dad to confirm and checked the odometer on his car. It was then confirmed it was due for the 50 and that was what dad had asked for. It was only a $215 service. I also asked for the brakes to be fixed as they squealed. This cost another $240. When we picked the car up the brakes were worse than when I dropped it off. The staff are liers and I would rather wait a month than go back there.

  Be very careful about signing a contract with Total Nissan, had a change of circumstances which meant I did not require a vehicle until July! Had a meeting with the dealer principle however still forced me to take the vehicle which was an ex-demo and not a special order. Will not be using them for servicing or any future vehicles purchases, as they say bad experiences spread quickly, will be sure to tell everyone I know.

  Vehicle service process was very professionally managed. As a repeat customer, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Total Nissan for excellent sales and service.
