  So Mick ruined me (bear with me) I started seeing Mick for massages to treat pain in my shoulder and hip. My forearm was crushed several years before and had I had never regain the strength in my left arm and shoulder and was always in pain from it. I have seen countless doctors, physios, chiros and masseuses over the years in an attempt regain full use of my limb yet none of them have helped me like Mick has. He took a step back and assessed my movement and lifestyle and suggested some changes to help me become free of pain and strong again. One suggestion was to come along to the strength and conditioning classes. If you're an athlete looking to improve your performance, a busy parent wanting to loose weight to keep up with the kids, a desk worker with poor posture, recovering from an injury...basically if you are a person you will benefit from the classes at TPC. Saying that though, if you are a "mass gains/must lift heavy weights" kind of person that is not willing to listen, than maybe this place isn't for you. I was overwhelmed by the warm and supportive community of the classes and also the diversity. It's a gym session you will want to go to, despite Mick's terrible jokes. I couldn't do a push up when I started attending classes. Six or so months later I can do 20+. Mick and his team educate, not indoctrinate. Having now moved interstate I have not been able to find a gym or massage place that even compares to the TPC. So Mick has ruined me for other gyms perhaps forever. Regardless, Thanks Mick for giving me my life back.

  Without a doubt, the most concise and effective treatment and strategy for my needs and goals. Modern facility, best equipment, ultimate instruction and tuition. I use TPC for Spin, Strength and Conditioning, Crossfit style sessions, Massage, Myotherapy, Personal Training and the Retul Bike Fit system. Mick will give you the coaching and strategy (plus the 'push') that you need to achieve your goals.

  Modern equipment in a very convenient location. Mick is such a great instructor!
