  Came in to buy a tool trolley and was greeted by very friendly staff who were willing to help me with any questions and happily helped me load the trolley in my car. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore and was pleasantly suprised with the pride they carried out their work

  Went in to check out some cordless tools. Found a nice 6 piece combo, and was deciding if I should buy or not. One of the friendly staff said if I buy today he will throw in an extra battery free as well as some promo gear. Top kit and excellent service. Will be a return customer for sure!

  Been shopping there since the store first opened. The owner and the staff have always been helpful and provided a quality service to myself, my mates and co-workers.

  Useless customer service. Bought a tool there close to a year ago and only used for 2 weeks. Brought it back and they still trying to repair. They dont call back. Wasnt a cheap tool either. Never buy there again.
