    TM is incredible technique for achieving wellness of body and mind at same time. And it's very easy to get accommodated in your routine. I am thankful to Yasmin, my TM trainer. She is wonderful as a trainer and awesome person.

    In a world dominated by illuminated screens, what sweet relief to close my eyes and sink effortlessly into deep rest, while remaining alert to enjoy the experience. It feels good, but don’t take my word for it. Forty years of research have shown that during TM, stress hormones drop quite a lot lower than in sleep. At the same time, brainwave coherence increases, as does the production of feel-good substances such as dopamine and serotonin. I can’t say whether this meditation technique is better than any other. That’s because I started with it forty years ago, and have never felt the need to try any others. When you’re on a good thing, stick to it!

    TM has brought so much physical and mental harmony in my life. Before i started Tm i couldn't do anything significant without getting run down, stressed out and or sick. The gift this technique has given me is priceless and empowering. It's a boundless fountain from which, at any time anywhere, i can draw out peace, creativity, clarity, energy and ultimately my-self. ^_^

    I learnt TM many years ago and love the simplicity of this technique. It allows me the deep rest I need before launching into the day and takes the edge off at the end of each day allowing any stress to dissolve. I love going to the TM Centre for group meditation as the benefits are exponential as a group! I am grateful for this beautiful and simple technique. If everyone did TM, the world would be a better place!

    I am so grateful for this meditation technique. I had depressive symptoms and anxiety for many, many years so I thought I didn't have anything to lose by learning TM.. I have been pleasantly surprised. This meditation technique gives me such deep relaxation and the ability to handle stress much more effectively.
