::Encountered a very unhelpful staff member who could but wouldn't break a foreign banknote into smaller denominations of the same currency. This sort of thing is my litmus test for doing future business. Avoid.

::not very helpful. Jake in Knox is a wonderful ambassador for Travel Oz ( regardless if it is assistance I need or trading) . not the guy who served me today in Flinder St. ( not buying but asking for assistance) I have bought foreign money a couple of times in Travel Oz and usually happy ( because I buy? they were VERY helpful) . so quite dissapointed to get this kind of service when it comes to asking for assistance (considering I have always bought from them and not elsewhere).

::They act and do everything super dooper fast so that they can rip you off when you're changing money. Thy exchanged mine at a terrible rate and they acted so fast that I didn't have any time to think about the transfer.
