  Room was spotless. Staff were amazing and nice. Had everything that needed. Beds were comfortable, had the best night sleep. Kids and I loved it.

  Hotel close enough to NEX with a local shopping centre and parks nearby. Reasonably priced and clean. Had everything you needed.

  Our 3rd visit there, and mostly happy. But the shower was broken. OK, they fixed it up next day, but it probably shoulda been noticed by cleaning crew.

  Stayed in one of the family rooms. They feel a bit bare but it had all the needed amenities and it was clean and comfortable so that's the most important thing. We checked in late so didn't really get to interact with the staff except for a brief exchange on checkout, they seems nice and the late check-in seemed to be no problem for them.
