  The hotel location is very close with Southern Cross Station, that need less than 5 minute walk to reach from the hotel.. Due to it's closeness with the station, it's very easy to find food there. Even groceries such as Woolworths or convenience store such as 7/11 or ezmart located in the station complex.. We stayed at level 10 of the building, so the sound of the train is not noisy :).. The room itself is not big, but fit enough for my family with 1 kid, 3 years old.. Oh and one last thing, the receptionist and the manager was very helpful..

  房間隔音不佳、煙霧警報莫名被啟動 飽受驚嚇! 入住時櫃台人員給了我們一間連通房，顧名思義就是房間裡有一道門可以跟隔壁的房間連通，連通房的缺點除了有安全疑慮之外，就是隔音十分不好，我們入住當晚半夜12點多連通房的隔壁一堆人鬧哄哄的吵得無法入睡，後來請飯店人員來勸導也不見改善，於是我們要求換房，飯店也隨即換了一間安靜非連通房的房間給我們，折騰了好久都無法好眠 最令人驚嚇的就是入住隔天早起在洗澡，突然飯店櫃台來敲門說我們房間的煙霧警報器感測到異常，所以待會消防隊會過來檢查! 然後他就開始詢問我們是有有抽菸?使用微波爐?我們回答都沒有，只是在洗澡而已，他還要求要打開浴室門檢查一下，當時我是全裸在淋浴洗澡，就這樣被開門檢查，後來消防隊也來了，浴室又被開門檢查一次，結果查不出結果就離開了! 只說可能是洗澡的蒸氣啟動了煙霧警報器，但這種經歷真的一次就夠了! 以後完全不敢再訂這家飯店了! 因為只是洗個澡就被一堆人開門檢查! 太恐怖了吧!! 讓人心裡留下很大的陰影!

  We stayed in the Guest Room King and Sofa. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good but could have more food choices. Other than that, my experience was great! Would absolutely recommend Travelodge Hotel in Docklands.

  Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein und die Matratze für meinen Geschmack viel zu hart. Aber das Zimmer ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Der Preis geht dafür völlig in Ordnung.

  Great location in the heart of the Docklands. The room was very clean and modern; but there is improvement required for the overall experience. A lack of staff seems to be the cause of adverse experiences including check-in and dining. The dining room for breakfast did not have clear tables, no milk in coffee machine, and no plates for the buffet. With only two staff servicing the dining room, it was an impossible task for the attendees who were doing their best. Some small improvements would see the motel lift in the overall customer experience.
