  A fantastic stay we had, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t fault anything, love the place, we will be back.

  Very well priced and well located. The service here was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple and clean, bathrooms were as good as they needed to be. There are much nicer hotels and apartments in the area, but I'm not sure I'll find somewhere that is better value.

  Great location. Really comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious but get in quick for a cup of coffee because they turn the coffee machine off for cleaning at 10.00am.

  A nice boutique hotel set in the city precinct. The rooms are like any other rooms in a quality hotel, but what made this hotel stand out is its staff - not one staff member had a bad attitude! It is unusual to have all round excellence in customer service. I do have to say though that Jake at reception stood out the most for his friendly, helpful and outstanding great attitude.

  Really good hotel with really nice staff. Located really well in my opinion (though this is subjective based on what you'd be doing in Melbourne). Staff were nice enough to have checked me in an hour early. Room was clean after each service. Small kitchenette with a few dishes, knives, spoons , wash basin and a microwave. Most likely would stay here again if I am ever again in Melbourne.
