::What a lovely man to deal with! I own a local hotel and had a plumbing emergency 2 days before Xmas. The owner rang me and apologised for taking so long to call back (about 15minutes, no time at all) as he had just got off a plane in Brisbane. He said he could send someone straight out, but actually talked me through the process and we avoided having to get anyone! Next time I need a plumber, I'm definitely going to use Tri Plumbing.
