  I would give this practice zero stars if I had the choice - my daughter went to this clinic today and had an extremely unprofessional consultation conducted by one of the practice doctors. I have reported this situation to the practice and requested the practice manager Dr Singh to contact us ASAP, but the consulting physician's manner was so bad that we will be lodging a complaint to the AMA as soon as possible.

  This is my first time and I had an appointment at 4:30pm and I arrived at 4:05pm as I thought my appoitment was at 4:00. I have been waiting until 5:23pm for my turn! I saw people going before me and leaving and I was still stuck waiting. No one actually cared about how long I have been waiting, when I went to the receptionist she told me that he had few emergencies after all this time waiting. The clinic looks fine to what I see but my experience was really bad. What's even worse is that when I went to the receptionist, she didn't put any effort on making me feel better she was just like "sorry for what happened, I will cancel your appointment", it is obvious that they didn't care as the center was closed at 5pm. I don't normally rate this bad, I am very disappointed.
