::This is not an official UGG store (they are not listed on UGG's website), which mean they can charge their own prices and may not even offer an authentic product. The pair of boots I wanted were listed as $240 in store and only $160 on the official UGG website. When I asked one of the employees why she suddenly acted like she didn't speak English or understand me. Don't waste your money here.
