::Excellent customer service: a warm greeting with a smile as I entered the shop. Sophie offered me a help with sizing and tax-free option since I was travelling from oversea. She even offered me a delivery to hotel where I was staying because I was not able to carry all of them at once. Various Collection: they had UGG and EMU (Australian Brand) and lots of different styles and colours which I loved. Authenticity: I've been searching for REAL (not a counterfeit) UGG in Cairns cityand this was the place. The boots I bought had the QR code as their international website mentioned. Product Knowledge: I am a very fussy customer so I had to ask a lot of questions about the product and care instruction and etc. Sophie was able to assist me VERY well and showed me exceeding customer service :)

::ケアンズ滞在の間は、毎日通いました。日本人のお姉さんからは現地の情報も重ねて教えていただけたので、とても助かりました。またケアンズに遊びに来ますね！ちなみにブーツは日本よりも安いですし、正規品ですし、ハワイで購入した友達より安く買えました！オススメのお店です‼︎
