The recent massage was horrible! I have been to this place before few months ago, I had the best massage, but this time, it is only a one star. I can say the place is nice, easy to find in the city, the staff is nice, but the massage was bad and not very clean. The massage table was wet and the towel to cover me up was also wet, it was obviously not changed from the last customer. The message I had was horrible, the massage therapist have used some oil to rub my back, hand and leg for at least 20 mins, remember its 'rub' not massage, so no pressure, at first I felt ok, but as times keep going, it make me frustrated, finally the oil rubbing finished, the therapist left the room for at least 5 mins, I was left in the cold room, which is not too bad as it was a hot day, but I do not know when is she coming back. When she come back she start doing the massage, unlike any other massage I have been to, it feels like she is rubbing here and there to start. I have asked to have a massage with pressure being 'hard'. Honestly there were no pressure at all, but her finger nails continuously scratching me over and over again on my back. (you would expect they should cut their finger nails to work in this job). The therapist started to use her feet and step on me, from using her feet then using her knee. I can understand some traditional thai massage does use their feet to give a bit of pressure, but imagine, I am a 50 kg girl and the therapist looks like she is about my 45 kg. She was actually kneeing as she move up from my lower back to my upper back, both knees, there are couple of times I feel like I am going to die, and I cannot breathe, I have to ask her to stop, but she seems like she doesn't know English. Until I have to move my body a bit to remove her from the pressure having a person kneeing on your upper back. After that, the massage was continue to be horrible, it is not even a soft massage, it was just rough, she didn't even do my shoulder, 2 rubbing on my neck, didn't even do my feet. I was feeling really annoyed and wanting to walk out on that. finally she ask me to turn over to lie on my back. I thought she will then do the feet and hand, but it wasn't done, she start doing a 'hair message', and I have to say 'hair' not 'head, because she was pretty much rubbing and messing up my hair with no pressure. After sitting up, she was doing stretching which I felt she is nearly breaking my neck and the rest I don't even want to describe anymore. So I am suggesting management to either train your staff or let them go home if they are tired. I am not interested to spend $69 for a message which leaves you with anger and make you more tense. So so disappointed and I wish I know the name of the first therapist, she properly not working there anymore.

Great place, quiet, nice relaxing music. Good attention, the masseuse knew her job and listened to my requests as to where to apply more o less pressure, and worked on my knots. I felt very relaxed and destressed on my way home. I would definitely come back!

I had a hot stone massage here recently while I was on holidays. Whilst it wasn't the best massage I've had, I think it's value for money and did the job of relaxing muscle tension. The stones didn't retain as much heat as the ones used by other places I've been to. I felt the masseuse knew what she was doing in terms of the pressure points.
