::Beautiful place and the girls on the phone were so helpful in getting me in last minute. Dr Jake is just lovely, attentive and is very good with a needle. I've been having Botox for years and it was quick and painless. The place is really pretty as well. Very nice 'lux spa vibe'.

::I have never seen a person as rude as Kylie (the nurse). I went for Botox consultation today and she only gave me the price. So naturally, I asked my questions. Any question that I asked the answer either was "I know what I am doing" or "it's up to you". No explanation what so ever! Then, she told me "I am not going to treat you because you ask too many questions". When I said this not a way you treat your customers she told me my boss always tell me to do not treat customers who are concern and ask questions. I feel very sorry for such unprofessional behavior and business that designed to fail. I understand it is necessary for the customer to trust the practitioner, but how you can trust someone who cannot answer any of your questions and the entire conversation was about 5 minutes. So for sure I couldn't have asked many question. Even if I did, it is her job to answer all my questions. I only can trust someone who is able to correctly answer my questions not just saying I know what I am doing. Very unacceptable!!! It was the worse experience ever!!!
