  Auto retractable awning ,cost over $13000 which stopped working after 36 months because the weather rusts the bearings (outdoor awnings that aren't made for the outdoors).Vanguard happy to 'fix' for a couple of thousand dollars.

  I had the unfortunate experience of using Vanguard to fit blinds in my IP. The installer measured the opening incorrectly, resulting in lengthy delays due to the blinds having to be re-cut to fit within the window recess. The install was equally bad, after failing to secure the blinds correctly to the sill, due to the use of the wrong screws the installer called it a day leaving a mess and a job half done.
