  Very overpriced... decent room would have been happy if not for price. No room airconditioning either when advertised as airconditioned would expect that. Only aircon is in living area, lucky for ceiling fans would have died in this heat.

  Ideal for families who want a home away from home experience. It's close to the beach enough to hear the waves and feel the breeze and only a stone's throw away from Coles supermarket for daily fresh food supplies.

  I love this hotel the rooms are clean and the cleaners definitely deserve a pat on the back. The beds are made especially for you and they always mop the floor,clean the sink and toilet. I could go on about how clean it is. I love how close it is from the beach and the views are spectacular. 4 out of 5 great hotel💖

  Close to the bus stop going to theme parks. Close to a tram station, but we didn't use it as we just walked to go to the centre of surfers paradise. Close to the beach, close to Coles, close to a store that's open 24/7. Cleanliness in the room we stayed in could be better and the $200 bond they charge when you get there should be included in the information given in booking websites. Overall, a good enough place to stay if you and your family will be out during the day.
