::Promised yearly inspection on my paint work after spending close to $1,000 with them. Called their phone to schedule for annual inspection and was told they will call me back to advise good time but the call never came. Call them back and they don't pick up my phone anymore. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!!!

::One word, BRILLIANT!! Fantastic customer service and excellent results beyond my belief. Richard was very helpful and took his time to show me what my paint work should be like. I'm a car enthusiast and own several vehicles, so I'm very careful who works on them. They are literally considered my children! Great investment and you have won my business for life. ::Very disappointing service. After opting for a pre sale detail some unavoidable apparent "family issues" led to the car being on the premises for 4 days. The vehicle was kindly delivered back however the car was not finished. Elements agreed to be cleaned such as interior trim areas, door, roof racks, jams and rear map pockets weren't cleaned and the wheels whilst coated weren't finished properly. The roof polish wasn't completed (nor cleaned) in areas and after time it has became apparent that while polishing the polish got onto the plastic wheel covers which is now showing permanent white stains on the black plastic. After being promised pictures nothing was delivered. A disappointing outcome especially when one is trying to sell their car. Whilst a discount was provided it wasn't substantial enough to offset the work that had not been completed.

::I came to Richard from VIP because of the thorough in depth detail he went over the phone regarding my car. He then convinced me to come down to his workshop so he could access my paintwork. He then masked a section off polished the section to reveal perfection, from there, i was convinced that this was the company to detail my Car. Great Work guys, now my Porsche looks like a Mirror!! Highly Recommended..!!
