  Needless to say our refinance and house purchase was not a smooth one. It felt like anything that could go wrong, did go wrong - at no fault of our mortgage broker. Throughout the entire process, Julia Benfield was fabulous - providing daily updates and chasing up the bank on a regular basis to ensure things kept moving. Julia really was an amazing support throughout the entire process and I'm very glad we had her as our mortgage broker. She happily visited at home and at work to ensure paperwork could be signed at a time that was convenient for us (which was especially helpful having a little one to work around). We will definitely be using Julia at Vision Money for our future needs and happily recommend her to others. Thanks again Julia!
