::This is my second home , Vision and Jono have changed my life for the better ! I finally realised there are no excuses and if I am busy then I have to get up earlier to train and have my health! The trainers and owner Jo are amazing - it’s truly a family atmosphere. My husband and 3 kids are always welcome and join in at boxing time permitting! Lots of classes to choose. Jono is the ultimate professional trainer , the less he says the more he motivates and encourages me !

But coming to Vision Personal Training in Stanmore I feel I'm finally being treated as an individual with my own unique requirements. Although I haven't been training for long, personal trainer Sandro has quickly built rapport, and begun to tailor my own plan. I trust what he recommends as he combines his personal experience along with the latest theory from his degree. But above all, he's keeping me pumped and having fun! Now that's refreshing! Well done!
