  In my personal opinion, the staff is knowledgeable and patient. Although I had to wait for a bit to be served, I was highly satisfied the way they dealt with my simple enquiry that was made quite complex by 3 other stores. Alpha was very helpful and understanding and I got what I went in for. So, no complaints.

  Friendly staff but they need a good system. First come first served is only fair. Maybe they are not aware but they should know what is going on in their office is not fair to save the person that came last first

  Worst service ever. Returned a device to the store in September and now it is in November, they have not returned to vodfone warehouse. I need to get my money back. Try to call them on ‭9322 3334‬ ( the number on the receipt)They never pick up their phone. Horrible service, after this thing is over, i will never deal with them again.

  Even one star is too much for the service I had today,, what an ignorant, rude person was there for customer service
