  I was very excited to try this place, as I love BodyMindLife yoga. But unfortunately it was disappointment after disappointment. They had a buy one get one free oxygen therapy deal for first time customers. I bought one and booked in. When I turned up, no staff was there. After 20 minutes of waiting, me and the other two customers asked the mindbodylife staff about our appointments, they made some calls and told us that the owner and staff can not be reached. After another 10mins, the other two customers stormed out. I got a text that night and the girl was very apologetic and offered to double my sessions. So I booked in again. And she was very nice, but unfortunately no one (including the website at the time) had informed me that the oxygen therapy was pressurized. And the pain in my ears was unbearable. Like it was ripping my ear drums open from the inside out. She had to let me out within a few minutes of starting. Again, she was apologetic and offered to transfer my sessions to my friends. I thought "yeah, I can give them to my friends..." but no one wanted to try their services. So I contacted them, asking for a refund. They told me the girl in charge of that would call me back. But I never heard back from them. Then later on, I couldn't even find their website. Until a few months later, when I learned that they changed the name and everything. I guess I could have kept chasing it up, but life was too busy as it is... and I have already wasted hours and hours on traveling, chasing and waiting for a service that did not eventuate. Overall, a very negative experience. Not to mention a completely waste of money. Update: have emailed them the details for the refund. So I'll just wait. I appreciate you addressing the issues, Phil. They have processed the refund.

  HCO health is an amazing asset to my wellness routine. I've found the combination of Infrared sauna, Hyperbaric Oxygen and Cryotherapy really helps me reset after a big week of training. Any aches and pains are instantly ameliorated, my recovery time reduced and I always leave feeling shinny and new! The staff are friendly and there are lovely changing rooms and showers which makes for a convenient mid-woking-week visit.

  HCO Health is my new go to wellness centre.Cryotherapy is my favourite for an instant energy boost after a big training session or week of work, and the infrared sauna has become a regular weekly treat to help me de-stress and unwind. The facilities are beautiful amongst the BodyMindLife yoga studio and are super convenient, only a minute walk from central station.
